Big in Japan: Pixel Skull Podcast Episode 5

Updated: May 17

Are NFTs on their way from a rather niche topic to a more popular technology? And is this new and by times overwhelming virtual world with it’s own codes and distribution channels an opportunity or just another marketing burden for fine artists?

Today on the show I discuss these topics with Georgie Ichikawa a Japanese British creative who worked in different areas from music to fashion and activism, and with Ray Horacek, an American artist based in Tokyo where he explores human beings' relationship with nature and with technology .

Georgie and Ray are both part of the Pixel Skull NFT artist collective that will launch an exhibition in the Metaverse in April.
